Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. With a mixer, blend in cookie mix, 1/2 cup softened (not melted) butter and 1 egg until soft dough forms. If mixture seems crumbly, continue mixing. Drop by teaspoon onto a non-stick cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 13 – 15 minutes until lightly browned around the edges. Cool on pan for 1 – 2 minutes, then remove and cool completely. Makes 36 cookies.
