Made using our traditional hand-cheddaring technique, our Medium Cheddar is aged for four to six months, giving it a full rich taste. This cheese has a subtle sweet note that balances the sharpness created in the maturation process.
Bothwell Cheese has been making cheese just over the border in Manitoba since 1936. There are absolutely no modified milk ingredients, fillers or preservatives. Dairy farmers still deliver their milk directly to Bothwell Cheese, one of the few remaining Canadian artisanal cheesemakers still thriving today.
