NOTE: This vegan kimchi is prepared in the same facility as regular kimchi. Although the batch is made in separate containers there is a possibility of cross contamination.
Keep Kimchi refrigerated. During this time it will continue to slowly ferment and become more potent. It will last up to 3 months!
