This week, we’d like to introduce you to three farmers at once! We’re pleased to tell you more about Three Farmers and their farm-to-fork philosophy.
What does farm to fork mean at Three Farmers? It’s about connecting consumers with all stages of food production – from growing, to harvesting to processing to consuming. At Local & Fresh, we carry all varieties of Three Farmers’ roasted chickpeas, which are a portable, protein-packed snack with great crunch and the same kind of flavours you’d enjoy in a potato chip. (The chocolate ones are great if you are a sweet & salty mixed together kind of a person.) We also carry all of their camelina oils, in original and infused flavours.
