Red Kuri Squash - Little Green Abundance - Each

Red kuri squash is a winter squash with the flesh being dense, thick and dry before being cooked. After it is cooked it has a smooth and tender texture with a sweet, nutty flavour, similar to chestnuts. It is best roasted, in soups, baked or sliced! Grown in Regina!
