Not every product at Local and Fresh is organic. We source from local farms, and choose to work with farms that focus on sustainability and animal welfare. Some products are Natural (non-certified organic) some are certified organic and some are conventional. What you can expect from Local and Fresh is complete transparency. Please ask us for guidance either in store or online and we can certainly point you in the right direction based on what you are looking for.

Our perimeters for Local is 100% Canadian. That being said we source local Saskatchewan products first, and then if we need to expand beyond Saskatchewan to fill a void, we reach out to producers from other provinces.

Founders Market is a section at Local Market that offers local boutiques and makers the opportunity to retail at Local Market. The Founders Market platform is a consignment platform so the vendors themselves own the inventory and treat their section as their own micro retail space.

You can order online and select the pickup option to save the delivery fee! Once we have notified you that your order is ready, you can proceed to the market and ask at the front counter for assistance. This is a great way to shop from the convenience of your home, and speed up your experience by having the order ready to go for you!

You can place an order online for delivery! Enjoy the convenience of shopping from home and having your LOCAL groceries come to you! We charge $12 for Local Regina deliveries. At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Regina. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Expect an email message or a text to arrange the date and time. We typically can turn around deliveries within 3-4 hrs!
