Nicole Davis took over ownership of the mill in 2012 and has a deep passion for what she does.

“Although sometimes I still can’t believe this is actually what I do, not a day goes by that I don’t have at least one moment that makes me appreciate how much I love my life. I grew up on an organic farm – it’s the only way of farming I have ever known.”

Daybreak is an organic grower, cleaner, miller, and processor of a variety of grains, flours and cereals. All of their products are milled using only the finest grains to ensure top quality product getting to your table. We strive to provide wholesome, nutritious food products that you can feel good about eating.
