Mashed Potato Squash - Pioneer Gardens - Per lb

Mashed potato squash are starchy and slightly sweet with notes of hazelnut, black pepper and brown butter. Its not as sweet as a sweet potato but not as starchy as a white potato, perfect in-between. The most popular way to eat this squash is by roasting and then scooping out the insides into a bowl and using your favourite mashed potato recipe! Can also eat whole or in a soup!
