Sliced Saskatchewan Wax Peppers

These sliced Hungarian Wax peppers are ready to be added to burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, nachos etc. Similar to a jalapeno in heat they will add some spice to whatever you're eating, but not burn your mouth to a crisp. They are produced in a simple brine to accentuate the flavour of the peppers. While they are officially called Hungarian Wax peppers, due to their being grown in our fine province they earned the moniker Saskatchewan Wax peppers. Small batch pickled perfection!
