Harvest Jalapeno Sliced Peppers

These sliced Jalapeno peppers are ready to be added to burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, nachos etc. They are a medium heat and will add some spice to whatever you're eating, but not burn your mouth to a crisp. They are produced in a simple brine to accentuate the flavour of the peppers. While generally thought to thrive way further south of Saskatchewan, jalapeños actually grow really well right here in our fine province. Small batch pickled perfection!
