Sour Cherry Jelly - Hill Berry Acres - 244ml

The jelly is made from the juice we drain off before dehydrating. We do not press the cherries to extract the juice. Anytime you process a product you may have several ingredients…we keep that to a minimum. For example, we have to add some sugar but use less than one third in our recipe. Even the pectin is reduced. And no other perservatives are added.
