If you have had Solo Italia’s pizzas, you know that one of that one of the reasons why they are so incredible is the dough that Marco makes. What if you took that dough and made it into a loaf for garlic bread, sandwiches or snacking? Say “Ciao” to “Marco bread”! (Technically it is a baguette – but my boys started calling it “Marco Bread” and the name just stuck). This foot long loaf is par-baked in a wood-fired oven so you can pop it in the oven just before dinner for an incredibly fresh and truly remarkable bread. Bake it at 350 F for just a few minutes.
