Seabuckthorn Tea Leaves – Nvigorate – 15g
Seabuckthorn tea has a wonderfully mild soothing flavour, so it is very enjoyable on its own. However, if you wish, you may add honey and lemon to suit your taste. It also makes a wonderful iced tea!!
Boil water. Let stand for 2 minutes prior to pouring on tea leaves so as not to destroy antioxidants. You don’t need to use a tea ball as the seabuthorn tea leaves will not make your tea bitter.
Depending on the size of the leaves you can use 2-3 per cup or 5 leaves per pot.
