They come frozen, but if you know you have a busy week ahead, pop a couple into your fridge to thaw, then all you have to do is heat them in your oven for a hearty weeknight meal that’s light on dishes. Try creamy chicken lasagna, and the chicken alfredo (with Prairie Meats’ own cherry bacon) in our Ready to Eat section. You can also try their pre-marinated boneless pork chops in Mesquite or Peppercorn. (These are also available in The Bulk Aisle by the case – each chop is individually wrapped, making it easy to thaw only as many as you need.)
Expecting a crowd, or having an appetizer night? Try their pre-marinated chicken wings. The lemon pepper or honey garlic wings are fully cooked so all you have to do is reheat, and serve up the goodies!
