The holiday season is finally here, and the festive flavours are now in the Local & Fresh store.
The Flour Shoppe leads off the list with a way to have a pantry full of sweet treats without a sink full of dishes!
Choose between a holiday cookie tray complete with decorated gingerbread men, shortbread, and almond florentines OR a gluten-free treat tray with macaroons, candy cane meringues and butter crunch toffee.
While we are indulging your sweet tooth – don’t forget we have macron’s from Le Macaron available for delivery. They make a great hostess gift (hint, hint, anyone coming to our house) .

Speaking of gifts – if you are looking give the gift of Local & Fresh, we now have gift certificates. We’ll package your choice of $20, $40, $100 in a gift wrapped mason jar ready for giving…no wrapping required.

We continue to grow the variety of local food options we can deliver to your door including:
Susie Cinns – Ready to bake cinnamon buns and cookie dough.
Oat Deal – Oat smoothies (chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla) are a quick breakfast on a cold day or healthy alternatives to hot chocolate when the kids come in from outside.
Muscle Panda – Guilt and gluten free cookies and protien muffins to power your workout or marathon gift-wrapping session.
Don’t forget your vegetables!
To balance off the “sweetness” of this week’s new products, we better talk about the year-round produce we have in the store. It is not quite a cinnamon bun, but it is a wonderful treat to enjoy local and fresh lettuce, micro-greeens and pea shoots in the middle of a Saskatchewan winter. Help us grow that list by supporting Floating Gardens and Campbell Greenhouses.
Holiday Delivery Schedule
The holiday season also comes with some delivery schedule adjustments to make sure you can still stock up for your Yuletide feast. Deliveries scheduled for Thursday, December 25th will be delivered on Wednesday December 24th, and deliveries for Thursday December 31st will be delivered on Wednesday, December 30th.
