The new baking mixes from The Healthy Grind are made with their signature White Whole Wheat flour, so you get a fibre boost without sacrificing flavour. All of their ready-to-use baking mixes have no additives or preservatives, and use familiar ingredients you’ll find in your pantry. Just add eggs and milk or water, and you’re enjoying fresh-baked cookies, waffles or cake in no time!

We made the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip mix and declare them to be delicious! Check out the time-lapse instruction video here or read the easy instructions below.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. With a mixer, blend in cookie mix, 1/2 cup softened (not melted) butter and 1 egg until soft dough forms. If mixture seems crumbly, continue mixing. Drop by teaspoon onto a non-stick cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 13 – 15 minutes until lightly browned around the edges. Cool on pan for 1 – 2 minutes, then remove and cool completely. Makes 36 cookies.

Do you have any cookie mixes without Soy as studies show the the soy is not good any longer.

Most mixes do not contain chocolate, and therefore no soy ingredients. Try the sugar cookie mix or the chewy coconut mix for soy-free ingredients.
